Need to change something?
Wrong address or second thoughts? Email jhonatan@root-light.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will catch it before it ships. After that, no stress, every order is still covered by our 60 Day Glow Guarantee.
If something goes wrong
Tracking stuck for more than 7 days, or marked delivered but nothing at your door? Tell us. We will chase the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, you choose: free replacement or full refund. You will never be left without your product or your money.
