Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping takes 3 to 15 business days depending on your location and warehouse stock. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days. A tracking number is provided with every order.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email jhonatan@root-light.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to catch it before it ships. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified, but our 60 Day Glow Guarantee still applies.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost. Every order is covered, you will never be left without your product or your money.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Wrong address disclaimer

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Root Light is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help redirect the package.
